At Team Rayzorgainz, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
1:1 Coaching Programs:
All coaching services, including monthly packages and custom coaching plans, are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This is because of the time, energy, and resources invested in creating your personalized plan and providing ongoing support.

Digital Products & Programs:
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products (e.g., eBooks, meal plans, training guides), all sales are final and non-refundable. Subscription-Based Services: You may cancel your subscription with 30 day notice. However, no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle. Your access will continue through the end of the paid period.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (for posing class and training sessions):
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that life happens. Refunds or partial credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unforeseen events, at the discretion of Team Rayzorgainz. By purchasing our services, you agree to this refund policy.

Mrs. Guyton Suits & Apparel Refund Policy
The initial deposit of $100 (for suits) to be on the list, which includes the phone consultation, is non refundable. Once the suit is started the remaining balance is also non refundable.
I require a phone consultation for all clients. This ensures that your suit is going to be designed correctly, measurements are correct, and every question you and I have is answered.
Must order 6-8 weeks out from your show at a minimum.
The earlier the better and any rush orders will be charged at $75 rush order fee.
