What types of coaching do you offer?

I offer 1:1 online coaching for lifestyle clients, competitors, and those looking to improve gut health, hormone balance, or body composition. Each program is customized to your specific goals, needs, and current condition.

Do you only work with competitors?

Nope! While I do coach competitors, many of my clients are lifestyle clients looking to feel better, improve their health, or build their dream physique without stepping on stage.

I have gut or hormone issues, can you help with that?

Yes. I specialize in helping clients restore gut health and rebalance hormones using nutrition, strategic supplementation, and lifestyle habits tailored to your needs.

How does online coaching work?

Everything is delivered virtually. You’ll receive a personalized plan, check in weekly, and have access to me for support, adjustments, and guidance along the way. I’ll even have you send me training videos to make sure your training is being properly executed and send videos for any corrections. I will do calls as well and everything will be tracked in the app provided with your own log in.

What’s included in your coaching programs?

It depends on the level of coaching, but typically includes a customized training and nutrition plan, supplement guidance, weekly check-ins, accountability, and access to your coach via messaging/email for ongoing support.

We also provide a group chat community to collaborate with others on the team across the country.

What happens after I apply?

Once you submit your application, I’ll review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send the next steps on how to get started.

Do you offer meal plans?

I provide customized nutrition coaching, which may include structured meal plans that offer different options or substitutions for flexible macro-based options, depending on what fits you best for your lifestyle or goals.

How long do I need to commit to coaching?

Most clients commit for a minimum of 12 weeks. True transformation—especially with hormones or gut health—takes time, and consistency is key.

However when programming a plan for a competitor it can take much longer depending on the current physique and health.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of coaching, all sales are final. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit, I encourage you to fill out the application so we can talk first.

Can I pause my coaching if something comes up?

I understand that life happens. I allow limited pauses on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or medical reasons, with prior communication.
